Mobile Associate - Retail Sales

Retail sales role in-store at T-Mobile focused on engaging customers, demonstrating wireless technology and service plans, and guiding customers through their shopping journey. Responsibilities include developing product knowledge, using digital tools to illustrate network coverage and plan features, completing training on retail processes and wireless technology innovations, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requires a High School Diploma/GED (Required) and at least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment. Compensation includes an hourly base pay of $19.50 plus $5 training pay during initial period, with a pathway to incentives and a potential annualized compensation around $20/hour when including incentives; benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, parental leave, discounts, and more. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
