Job Summary
Supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. Builds product knowledge, demonstrates wireless technology and service plans, and assists customers throughout their shopping journey. Completes training to learn retail processes and wireless innovations; collaborates with colleagues across channels to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key skills include customer service, sales, communication, change agility, problem solving, teamwork, and multitasking. Minimum age 18; legally authorized to work in the United States. This role offers part-time hours with base pay and incentives, plus extensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
