Job Summary
Retail role supporting customers in-store: engage customers, explain technology and service options, demonstrate network coverage and product features, participate in training to learn retail processes and wireless technology, collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience, and contribute to team initiatives. Requires strong customer service, communication, problem solving, and multitasking abilities; includes on-the-job training and potential career growth within the company. Base pay illustrated as $19.50–$20/hour with training pay and potential incentives; benefits package includes health, retirement, time off, family and disability benefits, discounts, and stock-related programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
