Job Summary
Conduct retail sales and customer service by engaging shoppers, demonstrating network coverage and service plans, and recommending personalized technology solutions. Utilize digital tools to facilitate the customer shopping journey while building product knowledge of wireless innovations and retail processes. Complete required training to master systems and collaborate with colleagues across channels to support seamless experiences and team initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned by business management.
