Job Summary
Mobile Associate – Retail Sales at T-Mobile engaged in delivering personalized technology and service solutions to customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include developing product knowledge, demonstrating wireless technology and service plans using digital tools, providing excellent customer service, completing training on retail processes and systems, collaborating with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, and supporting broader store initiatives. Requires a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment; must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation includes an hourly base pay with training pay, potential incentives, and extensive benefits; opportunities for career growth toward Mobile Expert. Location is Las Cruces, NM with in-person work; no relocation noted.
