Mobile Associate - Retail Sales, Bilingual

This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. It involves building proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions, using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits, completing required training to gain knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes, and conducting hands-on demonstrations for customers. Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by management as needed.
