Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, including unique accessories and IoT devices. Approach service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion while using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and plan benefits. Complete new employee training on in-store experience, systems, and reference resources. Make the most of shift time by seeking information between customers and learning about wireless innovations. Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues, identify small business leads, and support team initiatives. This bilingual role requires fluency in English and Spanish, six months of customer service or sales experience, and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
