Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices. Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion while using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and plan benefits. Complete new employee training on in-store experience, systems, and reference resources. Identify and handoff small business leads while supporting team initiatives to create an inclusive environment. This learning role prepares associates for promotion to Mobile Expert, with a base pay of $18.00 plus $5.00 training pay, and requires bilingual Spanish skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
- Bilingual - Spanish
