Job Summary
Deliver personalized technology and service solutions by engaging customers and utilizing digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits. Complete required training to build proficiency in customer service, sales, and product knowledge, then engage shoppers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of devices and accessories. Execute other duties and projects as assigned by business management to support seamless customer experience and team initiatives. Fluent in English and Russian with at least 6 months of retail or customer service experience.
