Job Summary
Deliver personalized technology and service solutions by engaging customers, exploring their needs, and providing hands-on demonstrations of devices and accessories. Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during interactions. Complete required training to build proficiency in products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support. Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed. Fluent in English and Russian with at least 18 years of age. Hourly base pay is $21.50 plus $5.00 per hour training pay.
