Job Summary
Serve customers and sell T-Mobile products while delivering a best-in-class experience and building loyalty. Consistently leverage digital tools during interactions and onboarding. Complete training on the in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and reference resources. Maximize shift time by seeking information between customers and learning about wireless and technology innovations. Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
