Job Summary
Deliver personalized technology and service solutions by engaging customers, exploring their needs, and providing hands-on demonstrations of devices and accessories. Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during interactions. Complete required training to build proficiency in customer service, sales, and product knowledge for effective support. Also perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management. Fluent in English and Spanish with at least 6 months of retail customer service experience. Base pay of $21.50 plus $5.00 training pay, with promotion to Mobile Expert eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000.
