Job Summary
Help customers pick up shopping journeys from online or Customer Care channels by exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Conduct side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond device and service plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices, while approaching service and sales needs with composure and compassion. Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage stacks and plan benefits, completing training on in-store experiences and systems. Partner with business and customer service teams to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
