Job Summary
Assist customers in a retail setting by delivering personalized device and service solutions; demonstrate network coverage and service benefits using digital tools; complete training to deepen knowledge of products and processes; engage customers through needs-based conversations and hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories; bilingual English/Spanish required; part-time role with base pay plus training pay and incentives, with potential for advancement to Mobile Expert.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
