Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, including unique accessories and IoT devices. Build proficiency in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans. Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage and explain why T-Mobile plans let customers live unlimited and stay connected. Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion. Collectively own the customer experience by resolving issues and creating a seamless environment. Identify and hand off small business leads while supporting team initiatives. Complete new employee training on in-store experience, systems, and reference resources. Make the most of shift time by seeking information between customers and learning about wireless innovations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
