Job Summary
Mobile Associate, bilingual (Spanish) in a retail sales environment. Responsible for engaging customers, delivering personalized technology and service solutions, utilizing digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, and completing training to build knowledge of products and processes. Demonstrates strong customer service and sales skills, helps customers with hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories, and contributes to a seamless customer experience while supporting team initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
