Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store by exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Side-by-side sell personalized solutions beyond bare-bones device and service plans, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices, while approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion. Consistently use digital tools to demonstrate coverage stacks and explain why T-Mobile plans let customers live unlimited and stay connected. Complete new employee training on in-store experience, skills, processes, systems, and reference resources while making the most of shift time to learn about wireless innovations. Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
