Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, including unique accessories and IoT devices. Approach service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion while using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and plan benefits. Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, and processes, and consistently seek information between customers to learn about wireless innovations. Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to identify and handoff small business leads, support team initiatives, and create an inclusive environment. This learning role prepares associates for promotion to Mobile Expert, offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
