Job Summary
Support retail operations by engaging customers and delivering personalized technology and service solutions. Build customer relationships, demonstrate network coverage using digital tools, complete product and process training, and conduct hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories. Requires strong customer service, sales, communication, and problem-solving skills; high school diploma or GED required; bilingual Spanish preferred; at least 18 years old; travel not required.
