Job Summary
Retail role engaging customers to assess needs and deliver personalized device and service solutions. Build proficiency in customer service and sales, consistently use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and benefits, complete training on products and processes, and contribute to a seamless customer experience. Strong communication, customer problem solving, and multitasking skills are required; bilingual Spanish preferred. The role involves hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories and ongoing engagement with customers to meet their service needs. Eligible for base pay plus incentives with a path to Mobile Expert and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)
