Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, including unique accessories and IoT devices. Approach service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion to build loyalty. Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage stacks and explain why T-Mobile plans let customers live unlimited and stay connected. Complete new employee training on in-store experience, systems, and reference resources. Seek out information between customers to learn about wireless innovations. Partner with business and customer service teams to resolve issues and identify small business leads.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
- Bilingual Spanish or Arabic
