Job Summary
Mobile Associate role in bilingual Russian retail sales supporting customer service and technology/product demonstrations in a fast-paced store environment. Responsibilities include developing proficiency in customer service and sales, using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, completing training on products and processes, engaging customers to identify needs, and conducting hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories. Requires High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail setting; must be fluent in English and Russian, 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Travel not required; part-time schedule typical.
