Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, offering personalized solutions beyond standard device and service plans. Complete new employee training on in-store experience, systems, and reference resources while actively using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and plan benefits. Partner with employees across channels to resolve issues and identify small business leads.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
