Mobile Associate, Bilingual, Preferred | Retail Sales

Engage customers in a retail environment to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features; build product knowledge and use digital tools to enhance customer understanding. Responsibilities include delivering personalized technology and service solutions, completing training on retail processes and wireless technology innovations, collaborating with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, and supporting team initiatives. Education: High School Diploma/GED required; 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred. Required attributes include a passion for customer advocacy, the ability to work with peers and store leaders, and strong communication to balance customer needs with performance goals. Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States. This is a part-time role with a pay structure described as an hourly base with training pay, and opportunities for incentives and benefits.
