Job Summary
Support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding their wireless technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. Build product knowledge, demonstrate features using digital tools, and recommend service plans to meet individual customer needs. Collaborate with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to store initiatives; participate in required training and develop skills in customer interaction, problem solving, and sales. Bilingual preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
