Job Summary
Retail-focused Mobile Associate role supporting customer engagement, product and service offerings, and cross-channel collaboration within T-Mobile’s store environment. Responsibilities include developing customer service and sales proficiency to deliver personalized technology and service solutions, using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and plan features, completing training on retail processes and wireless technology, and contributing to a seamless customer experience across channels. Emphasis on customer interaction, product knowledge, and proactive problem-solving to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Requires high school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old; 6 months of sales/customer service experience preferred.
