Job Summary
Support retail operations by engaging customers, demonstrating wireless technology solutions, building product knowledge, and assisting customers throughout their shopping journey. Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions; utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features; collaborate with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requires a High School Diploma/GED and 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; 18+ years old; part-time role with base pay structure and incentive opportunities; bilingual abilities preferred.
