Job Summary
Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs. Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions. Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories. Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support. Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed. Hourly base pay is $18.00 plus $5.00 per hour training pay, with promotion to Mobile Expert eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year.
