Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off across online, Customer Care, and in-store channels while exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Side-by-side sell personalized solutions beyond device and service plans, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices, by approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion. Consistently use digital tools in interactions to demonstrate coverage stacks and plan benefits, while completing training on in-store experience, new skills, and reference resources. Make the most of shift time by seeking information between customers and learning about wireless innovations. Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
