Job Summary
Architect, design, and develop full stack products involving mobile and experience APIs using native or hybrid mobile technologies. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code while ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness. Develop proof of concepts to check feasibility and compatibility with existing systems. Own the complete application lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance. Manage a team of analysts and developers to drive technical delivery. Research new technologies, share knowledge with stakeholders, and communicate effectively with clients and product owners to align technical vision with business objectives. This role supports innovative retail client projects and requires 10-12 years of mobile development experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant work experience in software development
- demonstrable previous experience as a native mobile developer
- Strong exposure in mobile platforms (mandatory - Android or iOS platforms)
- Strong knowledge on modern UI frameworks such as SwiftUI for iOS and Jetpack Compose for Android
- Mandatory development experience in native or hybrid mobile application development
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: React, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS
- Proven ability and curiosity to quickly learn new technologies
- keen interest in working with global teams for solving complex business needs
- Strong background in innovation development projects
- comfortable with managing the funnel from relatively vague requirements to well-defined projects with committed stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
- Strong experience in mobile development and architecture
