Job Summary
Own the mobile app architecture and technical roadmap while actively contributing to development using React Native. Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and lead a team of developers through code reviews and mentorship. Oversee the full lifecycle from concept and design to testing, QA, and deployment across App Store and Google Play. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Monitor app stability, optimize for responsiveness, and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the mobile stack. Stay current with trends to introduce improvements to workflows and app capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in mobile application development
- strong expertise in React Native
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, and backend integrations
- Experience with app deployment processes (App Store and Google Play)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience with performance optimisation and scaling mobile applications
