Mobile App Developer to build, maintain, and optimize modern mobile applications across iOS and Android using native and cross-platform frameworks. Focus on end-to-end feature development, performance optimization, and high-quality user experiences. Responsibilities include building polished mobile experiences, shipping production-ready applications, solving performance challenges, collaborating with product/design/backend teams, and ensuring cross-device compatibility. Key duties include implementing UI from design prototypes (Swift/Objective-C for iOS; Kotlin/Java for Android; React Native; Flutter), integrating REST/GraphQL APIs, managing releases (TestFlight, App Store, Google Play), maintaining scalable architectures, and ensuring security/compliance (GDPR/HIPAA/SOC 2). The role emphasizes code quality, test coverage (unit/UI tests), debugging crashes/memory issues, and contributing to sprint planning and feature prioritization. A strong candidate thrives on user-focused mobile UX, clean maintainable code, and working in a fast-moving environment, with KPI targets around crash-free sessions, app ratings, and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional mobile application development experience
- Strong experience with Swift/Kotlin
- React Native
- Flutter
- Experience publishing applications to Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with mobile architecture and state management
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows (Fastlane, Bitrise)
- Ability to collaborate with product, design, and backend teams
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
- Excellent communication skills in a fast-moving product environment
