Job Summary
Conduct building security patrols, respond to alarms, and perform safety checks to protect life and property from theft, vandalism, and hazards. Enforce center rules, regulations, and zero-tolerance policies while addressing behavioral concerns and conducting preliminary investigations. Provide escort services, manage visitor passes, investigate vehicle accidents, and operate switchboard functions to support reception and control center operations. Maintain accurate security logs, coordinate with local law enforcement, and ensure accountability for staff, students, and property. Work Friday through Tuesday from 3:00pm to 12:00am with Wednesday and Thursday off, reporting to the Safety, Security, and Transportation Manager. Model Career Success Standards and reinforce discipline while mentoring students toward accountability and personal growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong communication skills
