Job Summary
Mobile Acceleration Project Manager at HID Global responsible for coordinating with Sales during the sales cycle, serving as a subject matter expert in HID Mobile Access deployments, integrating cloud-based SaaS design with PACS knowledge, translating technical concepts into clear value for non-technical stakeholders, leading in-depth technical discussions with clients and partners, providing product demonstrations and training on HID Mobile Access technologies and PACS protocols (OSDP, RS-485, Wiegand, AES, ISO, etc.), and supporting integration discussions (APIs, IAM frameworks, enterprise infrastructure) with up to 10% travel. The role includes training partners and end users, representing HID at events, and contributing feedback to Product Management and Engineering for roadmap planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree or 2 years of Technical Support or Engineering experience highly preferred.
