Job Summary
Greet and check in patients, manage physician schedules, and triage phone calls to create a welcoming clinic experience. Maintain accurate electronic medical records, process referrals and requisitions, and provide medical billing and administrative support. Collaborate with physicians to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while strictly maintaining patient confidentiality. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, a competitive salary, and paid vacation. The clinic provides on-the-job training for candidates with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
