Job Summary
Director will lead and direct the Civil Engineering Technician Program under limited supervision, establishing program goals, operational procedures, and long-range work plans; managing program resources; and ensuring alignment with institutional, industry, and accreditation requirements. Telework option available (up to 2 days/week); part-time (.5 FTE, 20 hours/week) with flexible hours within 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering technology, land surveying technology, or civil engineering (or equivalent)
- Two full-time years of verified related paid occupational experience in civil engineering and/or land surveying; a Bachelor's degree may substitute for one year of experience; an Associate's degree may substitute for six months; one year of this work experience shall be within the last five years
- Recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in Civil Engineering within the last five years
