Job Summary
Lead business development and manage high-value client portfolios, driving cross-selling, retention, and profitability through strategic structuring of complex deals and credit approvals. Represent the bank at industry forums to leverage market insights for strategic decision-making while acting as an escalation point for complex client issues. Oversee resource allocation for the team, coach employees, and build interdependent groups that collaborate across functional areas to achieve business objectives. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and risk frameworks while fostering a culture aligned with organizational values and diversity goals. Operate at an enterprise-wide level to influence team collaboration and drive performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate or similar segmented banking environment with sales metrics
- Seasoned expert with extensive industry knowledge
- Technical leader viewed as a thought leader for innovation
