Job Summary
Perform assembly and inspection operations as part of a manufacturing team. Set up equipment for assembly and inspection per MPI and QWI instructions, follow standard work, read and interpret blueprints, visually/dimensionally inspect parts and assemblies for conformance, document per GDP, and participate in process/product improvements. Willingness to cross-train, work under moderate supervision, maintain a safe/clean work environment, and support cross-functional teamwork to ensure production and quality requirements are met. The role includes potential packaging of assemblies, adherence to the company quality policies, and participating in flex break programs as needed. Requires knowledge of basic manufacturing documentation and device history records, with preferred experience in medical devices and IPC soldering standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1 year of Integer related work experience and/or 2-4 years light assembly experience or in a regulated industry required; medical device experience preferred
- Certification for industry specific assembly requirements such as IPC soldering standards for the Medical device and Military markets
- Ability to read blueprints
- Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred
- Experience in a regulated industry with Medical devices preferred
- Proficient in assembly operations
