Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with operations and administrative duties across departments, promote and sell services and merchandise, and provide excellent customer service. Shadow and learn Store Manager responsibilities, supervise in the absence of the Store Manager, train employees, and help plan actions to meet department and store goals. Maintain inventory awareness, protect assets, communicate trends to leadership, and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure profitability and a consistent customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to assist in managing a team and keep up with overall goals and profits
- Self-starter with initiative
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
