Job Summary

Seeking an experienced MMA/Boxing trainer to conduct private and small group sessions, assist members, achieve revenue objectives, and embody the UFC Gym philosophy.

Required Qualifications

  • Amateur or Professional fight experience
  • Coaching experience with classes and private 1 on 1 coaching
  • Purple belt Bjj or higher
  • In depth knowledge of Private Training techniques
  • Working knowledge of the dotFIT program
  • Ability to operate all Fitness Equipment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Strong organizational skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Certification from organization recognized by UFC Gym
  • Pro-Am fight background
  • Current DotFIT certification
