Job Summary
MMA Coach responsible for delivering private and small group MMA training, driving member experience, and achieving revenue goals through private coaching and supplement sales. Requires selling training sessions, conducting private/small group workouts, preparing and tracking client programs, and maintaining a well-organized fitness space. Must apply strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, be able to work weekends, and adhere to safety and liability procedures. Emphasis on brand representation of UFC Gym, executing prospecting and tours, and contributing to revenue through training services and supplement sales. Prior certifications (CPR/AED, DotFIT, and UFC Gym/Pro-Am background) and at least 1 year of related experience are preferred; a 4-year degree is preferred. Must be able to operate office equipment and be proficient with Word/Excel. Physical requirements include standing, lifting up to 45+ pounds, and weekend shift availability. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR/AED certification
- DotFIT certification (preferred)
- Pro-Am fight background (certification preferred)
- 4-year degree in related field (preferred)
- State-specific certifications may be required
- Minimum 1 year related experience
- LiveScan clearance
- TrustLine Certification
