Job Summary
MMA Coach leads private and small-group sessions delivering an authentic, high-energy training experience aligned with the 'Train Different' philosophy. Responsibilities include expert instruction across all skill levels, driving private coaching and supplement sales, conducting complimentary coaching consultations and seminars to grow the client base, tours for membership sales, maintaining a professional training space, and ensuring accurate program administration and progress tracking. Requirements include a minimum of 1 year of related experience, a Pro-Am background and/or UFC GYM-recognized certification, CPR/AED, dotFIT (or willingness to obtain), and a nationally recognized personal trainer certification preferred. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift/move 45+ lbs, with a High School Diploma or GED required. The role emphasizes sales targets, member engagement through workshops and product booths, and adherence to safety and certification standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related experience with private training techniques from assessment to program design
- Pro-Am fight background and/or certification from an organization recognized by UFC GYM
- Extroverted self-motivator with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Word/Excel)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Current dotFIT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move 45+ lbs
