Job Summary
Lead private and small-group MMA training sessions with high energy, applying a science-based approach to help members reach their goals. Deliver elite-level instruction, focus on accurate program design and progress tracking, maintain a clean and professional training space, and drive membership growth through tours, coaching consultations, and seminars. Maintain strong member engagement through workshops, body fat tables, and supplement booths while adhering to UFC GYM policies. Must hold CPR/AED, dotFIT certification (or willingness to obtain), and a recognized personal training credential; high school diploma or GED required; pro-am fighting background or UFC GYM-certified credential strongly preferred. Ability to stand for long periods and lift 45+ lbs frequently; extroverted, self-motivated, and interpersonal skills essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience; in-depth knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design
- Background: Pro-Am fight background and/or certification from an organization recognized by UFC GYM
- Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification required, current dotFIT certification (or willingness to obtain), nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year degree in a related field preferred
- Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and frequently lift or move 45+ lbs. during training
