Job Summary
MMA Coach drives a positive member experience by delivering exceptional private and small-group MMA training, promoting the UFC Gym 'Train Different' philosophy, and contributing to revenue through private coaching and supplement sales. Responsibilities include executing sales on key metrics, booking and conducting training sessions, guiding member progress, managing product purchases and progress tracking, supporting revenue-generating activities (workshops, seminars, booths), maintaining club space, and adhering to scheduling and safety procedures. Requires weekend availability and relevant certifications (CPR/AED, DOTFIT, and other state certifications as needed).
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge, skills & abilities: In depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
- Working knowledge of the dotFIT program and software.
- Ability to operate all Fitness Equipment.
- Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service oriented attitude.
- Clear instruction comprehension and execution.
- Organizational and prioritization skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel).
- CPR/AED certification
- Current DOTFIT certification (preferred)
- Current state-specific certifications may be required
- High school diploma or GED
- 4-year degree in related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year related experience
- LiveScan clearance
