MMA Coach

MMA Coach provides authentic, high-energy private and small-group MMA training sessions aligned with the 'Train Different' philosophy. Responsibilities include delivering expert instruction across all skill levels, driving private coaching and supplement sales to meet monthly revenue targets, conducting complimentary coaching consultations and seminars to build client base, leading tours and closing training sales, maintaining a clean, organized training space, and documenting workouts to ensure compliance with national certification standards. Must uphold TR.A.I.N. values in every interaction, manage client progress, and stay engaged in workshops and demonstrations while adhering to UFC GYM policies and liability guidelines.
