Job Summary
Perform inventory assessments to maintain adequate levels of supplies and equipment. Support daily Materials operations by ensuring supplies are picked, delivered, and stocked in a timely and accurate manner. Assist Materials Management in strengthening relations between KHN departments and Material Management to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Provide coverage support for Materials Management operations during employee absences, scheduled time off, and staffing needs. Maintain flexibility to work a varied schedule based on departmental needs, including occasional weekends and one holiday per year. This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on departmental needs, performance, and future staffing requirements.
Required Qualifications

- Prior experience with receiving and inventory processes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in materials management processes preferred
- Knowledge of computer and computer related equipment preferred
