Job Summary
Perform inventory assessments to maintain adequate levels of supplies and equipment. Assist Materials Management in strengthening relations between departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Support daily operations by ensuring supplies are picked, delivered, and stocked in a timely and accurate manner. Provide coverage support during employee absences, scheduled time off, and staffing needs. Follow directions to assist leadership with assigned duties while maintaining professional appearance and proper phone etiquette. Prior experience with receiving and inventory processes is highly desirable. This position may transition into a full-time role based on departmental needs and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain flexibility to work a varied schedule based on departmental needs, including occasional weekends and one holiday per year.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in materials management processes preferred
- Knowledge of computer and computer related equipment preferred
- Prior experience with receiving and inventory processes is highly desirable
