MLT or MT Microbiology

Medical Technologist (MT) performs technical procedures across Hematology, Chemistry, Serology, Blood Bank, Point of Care Testing, Urinalysis and Microbiology following established protocols and SOPs; maintains quality control/assurance, conducts routine equipment maintenance, participates in proficiency testing, and supports accreditation readiness (CAP, DNV, CLIA, OSHA, AABB). Leads in the absence of on-site supervision, may assist with specimen collection/phlebotomy, trains staff and students, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure accurate testing and high-quality patient care; ensures QA/QI programs are followed and that equipment/inventory is properly managed.
