Perform routine and waived or non-waived clinical lab tests for patient diagnosis and treatment. Process specimens, analyze results, and maintain accurate patient records while adhering to quality control policies and instrument calibrations. Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, prepare reagents, and conduct proficiency testing. Manage patient accessioning, perform blood collection procedures, and disinfect work areas in compliance with safety standards. Document corrective actions for test deviations and notify the Medical Director of out-of-control situations. Train new employees, assist in system validation, and collaborate with physicians and care teams using AIDET communication principles. Maintain biohazard waste compliance and participate in annual education assignments. Full-time, 80 hours per pay period, day shift.
