MLOps Engineer

Job Summary
MLOps Engineer at Knorex to work on a scalable, low-latency in-house ML platform spanning data collection/augmentation, model training/serving, and monitoring. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Research Scientists, and Software Engineers to translate state-of-the-art analytics into production systems, optimize pipelines for throughput/latency, evaluate new technologies, and communicate analytics requirements with cross-country teams. Requires strong Java/Python, algorithms/data-structures expertise, analytics/problem-solving skills, 1–2 years in ML/Data/Software roles, familiarity with online advertising tech (RTB a plus), and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision; English communication skills expected. Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Java, Python;
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures;
- Strong in analytics and problem solving technique;
- At least 1-2 year working experience as ML/Data/Software Engineer or equivalent;
- Understanding of online advertising technology and RTB is a strong plus;
- Willingness to learn and able to pick up new technology or new concepts fast;
- Able to work independently as well as in collaborative mode with minimum supervision;
- Familiarity with using LLMs and AI coding assistants for development is a plus;
- Reasonable communication in written and spoken English.
